- Offer and joining follow-up

- Employee lifecycle tracking
- Probation monitoring
- Candidate travel and expense coordination
- HR request tracking
- Exception and ageing management
- Process documentation
- Weekly and monthly operating reporting
The final responsibility is defined in the signed proposal or Statement of Work.

The client remains responsible for providing:
- Accurate source information
- Required system access
- Named operational and escalation contacts
- Timely approvals
- Applicable company policies
- Internal decision-making
- Hiring-manager availability
- Employee and candidate decisions
- Vendor and third-party cooperation
- Legal and statutory advice from qualified professionals
- Payment of approved client expenses
The delivery timeline begins only after the mandatory access, documents, data, and contacts are available. Client-caused access, information, or approval delays move the delivery schedule accordingly.

- Employer-of-record services
- Candidate expense financing
- Custom software development
- Unlimited administrative support
- Unrestricted after-hours availability
Where legal, statutory, tax, or regulatory expertise is required, the client should engage an appropriately qualified professional.

Avenquor is accountable for the work, controls, reporting, and service commitments within the signed scope.

Scope changes
A change request applies when the client requests:
- An additional process
- Higher transaction volume
- Additional systems
- Additional business units
- More frequent reporting
- Faster response times
- Extended service hours
- Additional stakeholder meetings
- Work outside the signed scope
Additional work begins only after the impact, price, and timeline are approved in writing. When a client needs a lower commercial commitment, Avenquor reduces the scope. We do not provide the same work at a lower price.
06Data and confidentiality
Data and confidentiality
Avenquor follows a minimum-data principle. We request and retain only the information required to perform the agreed service. Client information must be:
- Stored in approved private locations
- Restricted to authorised users
- Used only for the approved engagement
- Retained only for the required period
- Removed or returned according to the agreed process
Client information is not placed in public repositories.

AI may assist Avenquor with:
- Generic document structures
- Non-confidential drafting
- Checklist preparation
- Report formatting
- Internal quality reviews
- Semi-automation of stable workflows
Confidential client, employee, or candidate information will not be entered into external AI systems unless the client has expressly approved the tool, purpose, data, and controls. AI does not make final employment, legal, commercial, or client decisions. All client-facing outputs remain subject to human review.

- Start at ₹75,000 plus applicable GST
- 50% advance before commencement
- Remaining 50% before final handover
- Four-week operational period after Day 0 requirements are complete
Managed support
- Quoted after recurring scope and workload are established
- Minimum engagement term defined in the proposal
- Payment made monthly in advance
- Transaction and service limits documented
Avenquor does not offer free pilots, success-fee arrangements, or post-delivery payment terms.
