The delivery timeline begins only after the mandatory access, documents, data, and contacts are available. Client-caused access, information, or approval delays move the delivery schedule accordingly.

A change request applies when the client requests:

Additional work begins only after the impact, price, and timeline are approved in writing. When a client needs a lower commercial commitment, Avenquor reduces the scope. We do not provide the same work at a lower price.

Data and confidentiality

Avenquor follows a minimum-data principle. We request and retain only the information required to perform the agreed service. Client information must be:

  • Stored in approved private locations
  • Restricted to authorised users
  • Used only for the approved engagement
  • Retained only for the required period
  • Removed or returned according to the agreed process

Client information is not placed in public repositories.

AI may assist Avenquor with:

Confidential client, employee, or candidate information will not be entered into external AI systems unless the client has expressly approved the tool, purpose, data, and controls. AI does not make final employment, legal, commercial, or client decisions. All client-facing outputs remain subject to human review.
